The Client Care Fund (CCF) is Queensland Health funded initiative, exclusively for PLWHA in Queensland. The purpose of CCF is assist PLWHA to access health services, on a short term basis, within Queensland, which applicants are eligible for.
The fund cannot provide on-going assistance, but rather, can broker services in circumstances where no other public service is readily available. Unfortunately, personal financial aid, and emergency relief, are not considered eligible items for the Client Care Fund.
The Client Care Fund is overseen by a committee based at Positive Directions, and quarterly reports concerning the types of services that CCF utilizes is sent to Queensland Health. No individual client information is disclosed at any time.
